Homeownership is a key part of the American dream, and a key way to build financial security and pass along generational wealth.
Yet Greater Des Moines continues to have large racial and ethnic homeownership gaps. Affordable Homeownership DSM is a project to overcome those gaps through community collaboration, resource sharing, and education.
Through partnership among community members, lenders, real estate professionals, local organizations, and housing advocates, we can put the dream of homeownership in reach for more people across our community.
