Terry is a lifelong Iowa resident born and raised in Cedar Rapids and an Air Force Veteran. He has been involved with mortgage lending since 1984 in multiple roles. Revitalization of housing has been a passion of his since 2007 when he specialized in the renovation lending field just before the mortgage crisis of 2008.

opportunities for underrepresented individuals and communities.

Jan has an MS in Counseling and a BA in Sociology with eleven years of experience working in housing (3 of those years at HOME, Inc.). She supports the HOME, Inc. housing counselors in helping as many people as possible to achieve the goal of stable housing and homeownership.
Pastor James P. McNear, Jr.
PASTOR, MISSION TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST
During the pandemic, Pastor McNear partnered with the faith community to provide food services and necessary awareness about COVID-19 vaccines to underserved families. Today, the ill-leftovers from Covid-19 can be best addressed by working together, as Dr. King envisioned, 55 years ago.

Steve is responsible for overseeing the field office coordination of outreach activities and program delivery to HUD customers, partners, and communities throughout the state. He has almost thirty years of housing and community development experience.

Jenna and her husband, Izaah, are longtime RiverBend residents. In 2021, Jenna was elected to represent district 2 on the Des Moines Public School Board. She has spent her career building support for non-profit healthcare organizations. Jenna was recognized for her professional and civic contributions by the Des Moines Register with the YP of the Year “Amy Jennings Impact Award” in 2018 and by the Des Moines Business Record as a “Forty Under 40” in 2017.
Bridgett Robinson
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR AND OUTREACH COORDINATOR,
NEIGHBORHOOD FINANCE CORPORATION
Bridgett 's mission in her role is to create more educated homeowners that are equipped with what they need to make an informed decision when it comes to buying a home. She is trying to make intentional connections with existing community members who work directly with the community, to not recreate the wheel in housing solutions.
